APA

SSSS is waiting on approval from the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. SSSS maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

AASECT

SSSS is approved by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists to sponsor continuing education.

NCHEC

Application for CHES/MCHES (entry-level) Category 1 continuing education contact hours (CECH) has been made to the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC).

 CE Certificate of Attendance Requirements

At the 2015 SSSS Annual Meeting, credits are awarded on a session-by-session basis. To receive a CE Certificate of Attendance, an attendee is required to:

·       pre-register - $25.00 CE Fee (click here for Pre-Conference Costs, CE Cost, CE Refund Policy, and CE Cancellation Policy)

·        sign-in at the beginning of the session*

·        sign-out at the end of each session*

·        complete the ENTIRE Evaluation Form

 

*There will be a room monitor at each session, for CE Attendees to sign-in and sign-out at each session. It is your responsibility to complete an Evaluation Form, and to hand in your form at the time of signing out. You must attend the ENTIRE session to receive CE Credit. Partial credit is not permitted.

 

CE Sessions

An attendee does not have to attend every session. You receive credit for the sessions you attend. Each CE Session (Pre-Conference, Plenary and Concurrent) is marked in red, with an * in the Preliminary Program (on the SSSS website), and in the Final Program (distributed at the Conference).
