The Morehouse School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.

 

The Morehouse School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of up to 4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 credit (s) ™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent to their participation in the activity.

 

AASECT

 

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 6.5 total CE credits. As you’re registering for the Symposium, select the ‘Continuing Education Registration’ button, to be a CE Participant. If you already registered for the Symposium, and did not select Continuing Education, go to the Online Store to purchase the CE Registration only.

 

If you’re registering with the SSSS Office, please print the Registration Form, and select the box for Continuing Education, prior to faxing or emailing your form, along with your payment information.

 

 

 

CE Certificate of Attendance Requirements

 

Credits are awarded on a session-by-session basis. To receive a CE Certificate of Attendance, an attendee is required to:

 

Pre-register for the Symposium, via online or registration form.

Sign-in at the beginning of each session*.

Sign-out at the end of each session*.

Complete the ENTIRE Evaluation Form*.

 

*There will be a room monitor at each session, for CE Attendees to sign-in and sign-out at each session. It is your responsibility to complete an Evaluation Form, and to hand in your form at the time of signing out.

 

 

CE Sessions

 

As a CE Participant, you do not have to attend every session. You receive credit for the sessions you attend, in its entirety. All CE Organizations require you to sign-in, sign out, and complete the entire Evaluation Form to receive your CE credits.
