Bylaws, Policies and Procedures, and Statements

Our bylaws establish the foundational governance structure required to ensure institutional continuity and the equitable representation of our diverse, international membership. Complementing this framework, our policies and statements translate the Society’s core values into clear procedural guidelines and principled positions on matters vital to our scientific community. Together, these documents provide a transparent roadmap for our collective work, sustaining an inclusive environment for scholarly exchange and professional stewardship.

Bylaws

Our bylaws serve as the operating manual and legal roadmap for the Society. They act as a contractual agreement between the organization and its members, ensuring that everyone understands how decisions are made and how the Society’s resources are managed.
