The Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality invites you to join us as we gather together for our Annual Conference in Vancouver, BC, Canada on November 3rd to 6th, 2022.

As the oldest non-profit, international professional membership organization, we look forward to welcoming attendees from around the world to shape the conversation about sex and sexuality.

Our conference boasts industry leading plenary speakers, CE workshops, symposia, concurrent sessions, brief communications, posters, and special interest groups.

The annual conference welcomes attendees in disciplines, such as: psychology, sociology, education, research, therapy, counseling, nursing, social work, medicine, and more!

Welcome Reception +

The Welcome Reception, held Thursday evening after the Opening Plenary, is an exciting time to sponsor, since ALL registrants are welcome to attend. The reception provides an opportunity for the sponsor to address the audience at the start of the reception by saying a few words about your company, organization, or Institution. This is where long-time friends gather, colleagues meet, and new friendships begin! The attendees engage in networking, while enjoying appetizers and drinks (cash bar).

The Networking Luncheon, held Saturday afternoon, is an awesome opportunity to sponsor, since ALL registrants are welcome to attend. The luncheon provides an opportunity for the sponsor to address the audience at the start of the luncheon by saying a few words about your company, organization, or Institution.

Equity and Justice in Sexuality Research
NEW OPPORTUNITY!

Help develop a more diverse, inclusive, and engaged community of professionals by supporting opportunities for members of historically marginalized groups. Your sponsorship will 1) provide financial support for conference attendees (e.g., reduced registration rates, travel awards/scholarships, hotel accommodations), 2) support the recognition of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in sexuality through research awards, and 3) develop community and networking opportunities for historically marginalized racial groups. These resources will be especially allocated to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (e.g., Asian, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/e, Middle Eastern or North African) attendees at the annual conference with little or no other assistance.

The Student Event, held Friday evening, is an exciting opportunity to sponsor. All student registrants are welcome to attend. As a sponsor, you’ll have the opportunity to address the students with the learning opportunities and programs available within the exciting world of sexuality at your institution! We accept multiple sponsorships for the student event. All Universities, Fellowship Programs, Educational Training Programs, etc. are invited to sponsor!
