Presenter Registration Deadline: Friday, September 15 Changed to September 22 - The Conference Planning Committee will need to finalize the 2023 Conference Program, so all presenters will need to be registered by September 15. If SSSS does not receive your registration by September 15, we will assume you will not be attending the conference and we will remove your presentation from the 2023 Annual Conference Program.

PRINTED COPY OF OFFICIAL PROGRAM:
All conference registrants will have access to the mobile/web app, which will include all information for the conference and a PDF version of the Official Program. If you would like a printed copy of the Official Program, there will be an additional fee of $10.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY (In-Person Registration):
All 2023 SSSS Annual Conference cancellation requests must be sent to SSSS by email at thesociety@sexscience.org. If the email is received on or before October 6, 2023, your full in-person registration will be refunded. If the email is received between October 7, 2023 and November 1, 2023, your in-person registration will be refunded minus a $100.00 (USD) administrative fee. There will be no refunds as of November 2, 2023. All refunds will be sent electronically or by check. Email should include: name, mailing address, phone number, reason for cancellation, the name/email address of the credit card that was used when purchasing your registration, and a statement from you with a request to remove your presentation from the Annual Conference Program. Please include presentation title and co-authors (if applicable) in the email. If SSSS must cancel or relocate the 2023 Annual Conference due to unforeseen circumstances, an email will be sent to all registrants with details and refund options.
